About Me
My name’s James Waite and I’ve been involved in the residential property market for in excess of 25 years, including over 20 years as a Chartered Surveyor, MRICS.
Over the years I have been involved in Residential Sales, Lettings and Surveys and have now returned to Residential Sales as my primary concern.
Whilst I’ve lived in or around Amersham and Chesham all of my life, during my career I have covered many areas including Beds, Berks, Bucks, Herts, Northants, Oxon and Warks along with North, North-West and West London.
